J'aime bien le couscous, mais durant mes années d'étudiantes, je n'avais ni les 5 heures, ni les chaudrons pour le faire dans les règles. Mais un désir de manger équilibré! Oui, c'est possible!

Et d'ailleurs, je n'aime pas faire la vaisselle...

Donc, voici un couscous à faire en 10 minutes, avec un seul chaudron à laver.

J'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer Giles Brindley, le concepteur-inventeur du Logical Bassoon et d'entendre la sixième version de l'instrument. Ce dernier logical bassoon est un instrument que je mettrais dans la famille du Theremin et de l'Ondes Martenot, mais à la différence que celui-ci est basé sur les principes d'un instrument à vent.

Come and join the CoMA ensemble for a day rehearsing music by Stephen Montague and Michael Nyman. Montague’s 'Chorale for the Cauldrons of Hell' was inspired by a visit the composer made to the Nazi concentration camp, Auschwitz. He became trapped in the camp and was forced to spend a night alone there, and the Chorale was inspired by this deeply unsettling experience. Michael Nyman’s 'In C Interlude', by contrast, is a showstopper, and a pulsing, energetic hit with performers and audiences alike. Instrumentalists and singers of all ages and abilities are welcome. If you can’t join in, come and hear the ensemble perform an exciting programme of music composed especially for the group.
